What We Learn
Each student in the speech and language program has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). The IEP is developed at a meeting with the parents, classroom teacher, district representative, the teacher of speech and language impaired, and any other professionals the student may be involved with. At the IEP, individualized speech and language goals and objectives are developed.
The following list includes some of the objectives students may work on in speech and language class. Please remember that each student's objectives are individualized at the IEP, so these are just examples of objectives students may be working toward.
